What size hole do I need to have in the floor to fit the FLIP chocks
310mm long x 135 wide x 60mm deep hole size to fit mount Approx
Can I fit a road bike wheel in the standard FLIP chock?
No due to the low profile wider rims I would recommend you buy the FLIP road chock which is wider
What is the difference between the standard FLIP chock and the G3 FLIP chock?
The G3 FLIP chock has a flange the entire way around, which some people prefer
Where do I position the tie down points in relation to the FLIP wheel chock?
The bike should be pulled forward and down on the bike mount, this means that the tie down hooks should be forward of the handlebars and about 600mm apart
Do you have plenty of stock?
Yes we always have them ready to go and are usually shipped next day.
Do I need anything to hold them down to the floor?
The pressure is down towards the FLIP mount from the bike so you don’t have to use anything but some people like to put some countersunk screws or bolts in the corners.
Are these suitable for any size off road bike?
Generally yes, from kids bikes to big trail bikes, it fits them all
Do the FLIP chocks require any support when open?
No they are self supporting
